1Disappointed  Apr 17, 2009 By Jeffrey H. Diritto "jd"
from the product description: "Written by a college coach, this book tries to ties together sports and life lessons"

two things

1 - Just being a coach does not make you educated on the principles of sport psychology

2 - The description shows the lack of understanding itself; "this book tries to tie together sports and life lessons". Apparantly the author only tried and didn't really succeed...

5Encouraging  Aug 13, 2007 By V. Ayers
The book itself is encouraging, uplifting and good reading material for 15 year old athletes.
