From the supplier: A series of company descriptions was analyzed regarding their effectivity in attracting the applicants best suited for a required job. Results indicated that the company's factor of interest, advancement, social responsibility and location ranked higher than salary in importance and that all five factors were significant in contributing to the applicant's perception of the company. The successful marketing of the company in order to attract the best candidates would result in substantial savings for the company in terms of hiring, selection and training costs.
