Creative, specific ideas you can use Apr 16, 2000 I found this book user-friendly, with sections that cover a variety of topics. There are activities for new sales associates as well as energizers for veterans. I started putting "flags" on pages with ideas that I liked and quickly filled up the side edge of my book.

The book contains many ready-to-use sales games, useful for training, coaching and team-building. All are well described and you can even customize many of them. The organization of the book follows the main moments in the sales process, making easy to spot the right exercise. It is a good tool and I recommend it.

By José Carvalho Although it is a book with ideas and suggestions on how to motivate and increase the dynamics with people with sales related jobs, I used it as well and very successfully in a teaching context.
