4Amazing Photos  May 10, 2007 By Mountain Mom
It is hard to believe that the photos in this book are real earth photos and not paintings. My only regret is that the book is too small to really appreciate the incredible detail and massive scope of the pictures. It would be a good idea to list the overall size of books, espically art-type books such as this one.Patterns Of The Earth

5Nature at the most amazing  Jan 10, 2009 By Peter A. Romero "Peter@romeroart.com"
Not Just your regular aerial views of our planet, but an amzing showing of places on earth that would take an awful long time to locate, if you were lucky. I truly recommed it to anyone that loves beauty, photography, science, and yes..... modern abstract paintings.

5fascinating photos  Apr 06, 2012 By Calvin "mike_k99"
This a book with beautiful, evocative photos of geological formations taken from the air. The quality of printing and binding of the book is excellent. It really changes your perception of the planet we live on!

4Great art from nature...  Oct 15, 2009 By D Swaney
This book reveals that the earth itself produces artistic images as inspiring (or moreso) than the best produced by the acknowledged masters. Most of the photos included are patterns seen from aloft, but also represented are smaller treasures. I've always sought out such images, from those discovered in diminutive stones to the glactic wonder-works revealed by the Hubble Space Telescope, and this collection provides ample fodder for spiritual reflection.
