By Holka23 Product was everything that it was stated to be when I purchased it. Great price for a brand new textbook (international version); the exact same content as the US version except it has a softcover --and about $150 cheaper! I am very happy with my purchase. Will buy from this seller again if there is a book that I need.

As somebody who hates sales, since those employed in the field come off dishonest, I find this book very good in it teaches a new way of not being so selfish when employed in sales, but to actually think about what the buyer needs and wants. Today is a different climate in that consumers are bombarded with constant billboards, advertisements in magazines and on television and radio. To make anybody taking this class stop and actually take notice of their product or service and the consumer they are attempting to sell makes this a great textbook.

By KC I know if you are buying this book it's because you have too not because you want too, let me just warn you though, this book is completely ridiculous and a waste of money. It's idiotic and patronizing...using rainbows (including pictures) to try and explain some type of selling, this book is a complete joke. I know you have to buy it but just be prepared to rue the day you spent the money.
