 Photoshop Elements 6 Mac Feb 07, 2010
Photoshop Elements 6 deviates from the more professional-looking interface of previous versions. The buttons, window features etc. emulate a "kiosk mode" that takes up the entire screen. While this was a bit of a disappointment, the features are all there... albeit hidden in Adobe's attempt to make the software appear easy to use.

While this isn't the newest version available, I find it a priceless tool for a Mac if you manage photos & want to organize them. It's a great alternative or additional program to use with iPhoto.

 Ordered as a used product Jan 09, 2010
I ordered Adobe Photoshop Elements Mac version through Amazon.com. I choose one that was a used copy. Never received the product from the seller, and Amazon refunded my order. I may never order a used copy, especially computer software. I order a lot of books through Amazon.com and I am very satisfied.

OS requirements were not adequately explained Dec 05, 2009
I am unable to review this program because I was never able to install it. While the OS requirements state that "Apple MacOS X 10.4.8" is required, they make no mention of the fact that it cannot be used with OS 10.6.2, which is the most version of Snow Leopard. I tried several times to install the program and even offered $[...] to the Mac experts on [...] for a solution but they were unable to provide one. So, a word of warning. If you are running Mac OS 10.6.2, this program is not for you.

This is just what I wanted for my laptop to complement Photoshop CS3 on my desktop.
